Neptune Beach Resort, Bamburi

My family and I had an incredible time at Neptune! The beautiful beach and peaceful atmosphere made it a perfect getaway. We enjoyed the clean and tidy rooms, but they felt a bit tight compared to other places we’ve stayed at. The staff were very friendly and attentive, enhancing our experience. However, the lack of a gym was a slight downside, though the jogging path offered a nice alternative.

I had a really disappointing experience at this hotel. While I appreciate its reasonable pricing, the service was lacking, and numerous aspects of my stay fell short. The room I initially received didn't match my request, and I encountered several issues with the amenities and cleanliness. It didn't feel like a 4-star establishment, which was quite disappointing.
